As Mr D sang, the times they are a’changing. Customers no longer want brands or services to tell them what they should be thinking and buying. They have their own opinions, and want to have a voice in your journey and be part of your narrative. And this can’t be addressed with superficial window dressing - it’s a genuinely fundamental shift. What do we mean by customerize or the process of customerization? Well, according to Google, the definition is that the producer and the consumer are both involved in the production of the final product. Hats off - we couldn’t have put it better ourselves.
